How does the JouleFit system work?
The system is built around smart machines that use “force matching robotics” to provide dynamic resistance. An AI measures your force output 100 times per second and adjusts the resistance in real-time to perfectly match your strength at every point of an exercise. This ensures your muscles are worked to failure safely and efficiently. The entire workout consists of five basic movements: the leg press, chest press, compound row, overhead press, and pull-down.
